How do I request a follow up contract?

There are different ways to request a follow up contract.

  1. Using your dashboard
    1. Log in to the Contract Portal
    2. Scroll down to request a follow up contract directly on the frontpage
    3. Proceed by clicking on the blue button labelled ‘send request‘
    4. You can add, delete or adjust products, alter quantities or add comments within the form
  2. Using the Contract Overview
    1. Request follow ups for specific contracts within the Contract Overview

    2. Choose 'request follow up contract'



    3. A window will emerge listing all products that are included in the contract
    4. You can add, delete or adjust products, alter quantities or add comments within the form
    5. Send the request with a click on ‘send request’
