I forgot my password. What should I do now?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset via email on the Online Shop homepage. To do so, please:

1. Open the Kloeckner Online Shop: https://shop.kloeckner.at
2. Click ‘log in’
   
3. Within the popup window select the option ‘Forgot password?’
   
4. Type in your email address and confirm by clicking on ‘Send e-mail’
   
   
   
5. Open the email and set a new password

Note: The password must contain at least 8 characters, a special character, a number and an upper-case letter.
