The Kloeckner Contract Portal is a monitoring and ordering tool specifically designed for our contract customers.
Signing up to our Contract Portal allows you to call off material and settle follow up contracts with the simple click of a button, regardless of opening hours.
Check the status of your historic and outstanding orders and keep a clear overview over your current contracts.
As of January 2019, our Contract Portal will be integrated into the Kloeckner Online Shop. This allows you to access two of our online platforms using just one login.
If you have already registered and access to our Online Shop you do not have to register again. Simply log in to the Kloeckner Online Shop and the Contract Portal will be displayed.
Buttons located in the top left of the screen allow you to switch between the Contract Portal and Online Shop.
If you already have access to the Contract Portal, you can login as follows:
Perhaps you have made a mistake while typing your email address or password. Try again using your login credentials. Please take special care when it comes to capitalisation.
If the problem persists, you can either request a new password via the login function or contact our customer service via phone +43 1 2594636 100. Alternatively, you can send an email.
When contacting us via email, please make sure to include your customer number and email address. This way we can start processing your request as soon as possible.
Please note that due to security precautions, your account will be locked if an incorrect password is entered several times. If this is the case, please seek the help of our Customer Service.

Note: The password must contain at least 8 characters, a special character, a number and an upper-case letter.
To insure your data is safe with us, you are automatically logged out after a certain period of inactivity.
The inability to remain logged in was introduced to protect your account from unauthorized access.
A quick and easy login can be granted by saving your password within your browser. Once saved, you can simply click ‘log in’ within the Online Shop without having to retype your information.
We do however not recommend saving a password if more than one person in granted access to the computer, since these would be able to access your personal account.

If you would like to delete your customer account, please get in touch with our customer service by sending an email to sales.at@kloeckner.com. Please make sure to include your customer number and state which information you would like to be deleted.
For a quick access to the Contract Portal without having to type in a URL, we advise to set a bookmark.
Adding the Online Shop to your bookmark bar grants access to our shop at all times with the simple click of a button.

To unsubscribe from newsletters, click ‘I would like to unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any Kloeckner email. Upon clicking, a popup will emerge allowing you to define which services you would like to unsubscribe from using the tick boxes provided. You can also unsubscribe from all Kloeckner services.
Once your selection is made, click on ‘unsubscribe here’ and a popup confirming your changes will emerge.
