If you are already a Kloeckner Metals Austria account customer, you can sign in quickly as following:
- Please click on the "Login" tab in the top right-hand corner
- Please, type in your details (email address and Kloeckner customer no.) in the "New to the Kloeckner Online Shop" section
- Click on "Register"
- In case you have already registered for the online shop at Kloeckner Metals Austria, you can simply login into your online account by clicking on "Login"
- Enter your email address and password and go on "Login"
If you forgot you password for the login into the online account, you can reset your password as following:
- Click on "Login" on the homepage of our onlineshop
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Please type in your email address (1.) in the pop-up window and proceed with "SEND EMAIL" (2.)
If your email address is not up-to-dated, please contact your Kloeckner customer service via mail or phone.
Perhaps you mistyped your email address or password. Please try again and be aware of capitalization. If the problem persists, please reset your password or contact our customer service by sending a mail or by phone: +43 (0) 720 115 055.

To protect your data, you are automatically logged out of the online shop after a certain time of inactivity. To hinder the unauthorized access to your account it is not possible to remain logged in.
You can however save your password within your browser, allowing you to access our shop quickly and easily. Simply click on ‘log in’ when opening the online shop and your browser remembers your login details.
If more than one person is granted access to the account we advise not to save your password, to protect any personal information.
To save your password within your browser please follow the steps listed below:
Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click on the symbol consisting of three dots in the top right corner. Upon clicking a drop-down menu will appear, please select ‘Settings’.
- A new window will emerge. Please scroll down until you see ‘Passwords and forms’ and select ‘Manage passwords’.
- A new window offering you to save passwords will appear.
Make sure the button is switched to blue to insure the functionality is turned on.

Now, open the Kloeckner online shop and login using your username and password. A popup in the top right corner will emerge, asking if you would like to save your password.
Select ‘save’ to permanently save your login credentials for our online shop.
Firefox:
- Open your browser and select the symbol in the top right corner consisting of three lines. Upon clicking, a drop-down menu will appear. Please select ‘Settings’.
- On your left please choose ‘security and privacy’ and activate the function ‘Ask to save logins and passwords for websites’.
- Now proceed by opening the Kloeckner online shop and login using your credentials. A pop-up window will appear asking for permission to save your password
- Select ‘save’ to permanently save your login details for the online shop
Internet explorer:
- Open your browser and select the gear wheel icon
- Within the drop-down menu select ‘Internet options’
- A popup window will emerge with a tab labelled "Content"
Choose "Settings" beneath "AutoComplete" - Set a tick on ‘Username and password form’ as well as ‘Ask permission before saving passwords’
- Now proceed by opening the Kloeckner online shop and login using your credentials. A pop-up window will appear asking for permission to save your password

Yes, it is possible, but please keep in mind that you have to be logged in first.
On our website you can download an offer as a PDF file from "Your basket". As soon as you have placed your selected products in the cart and then clicked on "Your basket" , the "Download Quote " button is available on your right-hand side at the top.
This fuction gives you the opportunity to create a non-binding offer online.
To be able to change your user data, please log in to our online shop with your personal access data.
- Select "My account" in the top right-hand corner of the navigation menu (1.).
- Your account overview will open up, in which you can select the category "Profile" on the left (under 2.). Then you can make the changes as you wish:
- You now have various options for adjusting your data. Under 2.1 change the personal data such as the name and under 2.2 your password.
- If you want to change your name, the following mask will open in which you can enter the current data (2.1)
- If you want to change your password, the following screen will open where you can update your password
- In both forms you first enter the data and then confirm the entry with "Save".
You can contact your branch office directly or contact the customer support hotline.
If you want to find out which branch is responsible for you, or who your direct contact partner is, you can click on the "Contact Person" button on the starting page and you will be shown the appropriate contact details. If you are an existing customer with you own personal contact, you will see the person's direct contact details.
If you have technically related problems with the online shop, you can contact your customer service as usual at +43 (0) 720 115 055 or by e-mail.
Please write us a short message with the note that you wish the deletion of your data. Please state your customer number in the message so that we can comply with your request immediately.
To make your customer account in the online shop accessible to other employees, you can create as many users as you wish. In order to add a new user, you first have to log into to the online shop.
- Open "My Account" located in the upper right corner
- A new screen will open, click on "Manage Users" to your left
- Then select the button "CREAT NEW USER" at the bottom right to open a new input mask:
- Proceed to enter the employees personal data in the provided sections (1.) and click on the missing check mark (2.)

Finally, press "SAVE" (3.) to enable the employee.
The new user must register on the start page of the Kloeckner online shop with their e-mail address and customer number in order to create a new password.
- The New user must request his password set -up by inserting the e-mail address (1.) and the Klöckner Customer no. In "New to the Kloeckner Online Shop"
- The New user can then log into the Klöckner online shop (2.) and have access to the joint company account.
In the online shop you can use the company profile through different accesses of your colleagues & employees.
You can also assign a separate role to all logged in users, whereby the administrator rights are assigned by default and these can be limited.
Material Manager: add products to your shopping baskets, share them with your buyers in the shopping basket overview and request the order. You can also easily send your personal comments and notes to your colleagues.
Purchasers: You have the same rights as a Material Manager. In addition, you can check or confirm requests received from the Material Manager and make the purchase. You will be notified by e-mail about the open inquiries in the online shop.
Admin: You have the rights of Material Managers and Purchasers. You can also assign roles to different users.
To assign roles to individual employees of your company, please log into the online shop and click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the navigation menu and open the "My Account" overview (1.).
Then you can select the "Manage Users" (2.) on the left and define each individual employee individually by clicking the "Edit" button (3.).
A new window opens in which you can now adjust the role.
Choose the role and save the changes.
If you are a private customer you can unfortunately not use our online shop. Currently the shop is only for commercial customer usage.
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click on "Unsubscribe from the mailing list" at the bottom of your e-mail. A new browser window will then open. Here you can choose whether you want to unsubscribe all services or only certain services. If you would like to continue to receive information about one of the services, simply remove the check mark in front of it. After you have made your choice, click on "unsubscribe here". The browser window will then confirm that you have unsubscribed from the services.
To enable the quick and easy access to our online shop we advise you to set a bookmark.
To avoid having to type in a URL and access the shop directly via a tab at the top of the window. Just a simple click away.
If you wish to set a bookmark for the Kloeckner online shop, please follow the instructions below.
Chrome:
- Open the Kloeckner online shop in your browser
- Select the star symbol in the top right corner of the window
Insure to set ‘Bookmarks bar’ as a folder within the popup. To save your bookmark press ‘Done’
- The next time you open your browser the online shop will be displayed in your bookmarks bar
Firefox:
- Open the Kloeckner online shop in your browser
- Select the star icon at the top right corner of the window
- A drop-down menu will open, where you can enter an individual name and choose the folder 'Bookmark Toolbar'
- Safe your changes with 'done'
