The Kloeckner Contract Portal is a monitoring and ordering tool specifically designed for our contract customers.

Signing up to our Contract Portal allows you to call off material and settle follow up contracts with the simple click of a button, regardless of opening hours.

Check the status of your historic and outstanding orders and keep a clear overview over your current contracts.

As of January 2019, our Contract Portal will be integrated into the Kloeckner Online Shop. This allows you to access two of our online platforms using just one login.  

If you have already registered and access to our Online Shop you do not have to register again. Simply log in to the Kloeckner Online Shop and the Contract Portal will be displayed.   

1. Open the Kloeckner Online Shop via: https://shop.kloeckner.at
2. Click on ‘login’ at the top right corner of the screen. A popup window will appear.
   
   
   
   
3. Type in your email address and Kloeckner customer number on the right-hand side under ‘new to the Klockner Online Shop’. Don’t forget to tick the data privacy box.
   
   
   
   
4. Upon clicking ‘register’ an email will be sent to your inbox asking you to set a password.
5. As soon as you have set a password you will be able to login to the Contract Portal.
   
   
   

 
Buttons located in the top left of the screen allow you to switch between the Contract Portal and Online Shop.

If you already have access to the Contract Portal, you can login as follows:

1. Open the Contract Portal via: https://shop.kloeckner.at
2. As soon as you have received your login credentials you can access the portal by clicking on the ‘login’ button at the top right corner of the homepage.
   
   
   
   
3. Type your email address and password into the popup window and proceed by clicking on ‘login’

Perhaps you have made a mistake while typing your email address or password. Try again using your login credentials. Please take special care when it comes to capitalisation.

If the problem persists, you can either request a new password via the login function or contact our customer service via phone +43 1 2594636 100. Alternatively, you can send an email.

When contacting us via email, please make sure to include your customer number and email address. This way we can start processing your request as soon as possible.

Please note that due to security precautions, your account will be locked if an incorrect password is entered several times. If this is the case, please seek the help of our Customer Service.  

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset via email on the Online Shop homepage. To do so, please:

1. Open the Kloeckner Online Shop: https://shop.kloeckner.at
2. Click ‘log in’
   
   
   
   
3. Within the popup window select the option ‘I have forgotten my password’
   
   
   
   
4. Type in your email address and confirm by clicking on ‘send email’
   
   
   
   
5. Open the email and set a new password

Note: The password must contain at least 8 characters, a special character, a number and an upper-case letter.   

1. Log in to the Contract Portal
2. Open the Contract Overview and select the relevant contract
   
   
   
   
3. Clicking on the arrow (right) will display all products within the contract
   
   
   
   
4. Select a product and define a quantity under ‘start call off’.
5. A click on the Lorry will add the products to your shopping cart
   
   
   
   
   
6. Open your shopping cart
   
   
   
   
7. Click on ‘Checkout’ to open the order overview
   
   
   
   
8. The order overview includes your invoice and delivery address (you can adjust the delivery address here)
   
   
   
   
9. Please double check if all data provided is correct
10. If you would like to trigger the order now proceed by clicking on ‘next step’

Immediately after calling off material, you will be notified via email that your transaction has been successful.

As soon as your call off has been processed you will be provided with an order confirmation by your Kloeckner contact person.

You can choose from a list of predefined delivery addresses when making a call off using the Contract Portal. If your desired address is not listed, you can add a new address manually.

If problems concerning your order have occurred, please get in touch with your Kloeckner contact person. Their contact information is listed within each contract.

Immediately after conducting a call off you will be notified on the success of your transaction via email.

As soon as your call off has been processed you will be provided with a confirmation by your Kloeckner contact person.

Once called off, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The email will state the expected delivery date.

Additionally, you will receive a confirmation from the respective branch stating that your request is being processed. This confirmation will also include the delivery d

You are given the option to add multiple delivery addresses within your profile. When ordering you can choose from this predefined list of addresses.

1. Click on ‘My Account‘
2. Then select ‘Address book’
3. Within the new window, find ‘add new shipping address’
4. A popup requesting more information will emerge
5. Clicking on ‘save’ will confirm your entry and the new address will be added to your address book

If you would like to change the deliver address during the order or payment process, you can do so via ‘your order’ in the overview.

1. A window will appear allowing you to choose an address from your address book or add a new delivery address
2. Save your changes

1. Active contracts: the contract with the shortest remaining retention period is displayed by default. Each position can be viewed individually by using the page function.  
2. The number of pages coincides with the positions in your contract.
3. Choose between individual contracts with a simple click.
4. The circle diagram indicates the remaining quantity available. If the diagram is labelled with a 100 no material has been called off yet.
5. The colour of the diagram is related to remaining retention period. Everything beneath 30 days is displayed in red, everything above in green.
6. The diagram shows when material was called off
7. The Contract Overview lists all your contracts
8. And displays previous orders
9. Here you can find out which contact person is responsible for the contract displayed
10. You are displayed with active and already called off quantities within each contract

Your contact person can vary depending on contract and products.

All relevant contact people can be viewed by clicking on ‘Support’ in the top right of the screen. Here you can choose between different contracts and find out who is responsible for each contract.

You can of course reorder a specific position even if your contract is exhausted.

If the desired product is available in our Online Shop, a link guiding you to the correct product will be displayed.
