Registration / Account
If you are already a Kloeckner Metals Austria account customer, you can sign in quickly as following:
- Please click on the "Login" tab in the top right-hand corner
- Please, type in your details (email address and Kloeckner customer no.) in the "New to the Kloeckner Online Shop" section
- Click on "Register"
- In case you have already registered for the online shop at Kloeckner Metals Austria, you can simply login into your online account by clicking on "Login"
- Enter your email address and password and go on "Login"
If you forgot you password for the login into the online account, you can reset your password as following:
- Click on "Login" on the homepage of our onlineshop
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Please type in your email address (1.) in the pop-up window and proceed with "SEND EMAIL" (2.)
If your email address is not up-to-dated, please contact your Kloeckner customer service via mail or phone.
Perhaps you mistyped your email address or password. Please try again and be aware of capitalization. If the problem persists, please reset your password or contact our customer service by sending a mail or by phone: +43 1 2594636 100.

Payments / Invoicing
Currently, it is only possible to pay with following: Advanced Payment or Bank Transfer. We are going to provide other payment methods in the future.
Please note that if you choose the payment method invoice, your payment term may be changed to prepayment after an internal credit check.
If you are a new customer in the online shop, the due date for payment is 14 days commencing the end of the month, in which the material was purchased. You may also pay in advance, our Sales Team will inform you about that. Using Credit Card may speed up the process, but not by the new customers where our accounting has to proceed with a credit check first.
Existing customer will keep their current payment terms for Kloeckner products as usual.

Please, provide your customer number as well as your invoice number in order to speed up the process.
If you changed your billing address, please be so kind and inform our service team via e-mail.
Please, don't forget to provide your Kloeckner customer number or your e-mail address which is registered in the Kloeckner online shop.
- Login in to your online shop account and open "My Account" (1.) in the upper right corner
- In the tab "Order overview" (2.) click on the relevant "Details" (3.) related to your Kloeckner order
- Once your order is completed, all relevant documents will be ready for downloading under the section "Documents" marked with blue.
You have received a voucher or discount from us? This is how redemption works:
- Put the desired articles into the shopping cart
- Via the shopping cart you will be redirected to "Checkout"
- the voucher code can be redeemed in 2nd step only
- the voucher code can be redeemed in 2nd step only
- By "Checkout" you can now enter your voucher code under "Do you have a promotional code"
4. Enter the code and activate it by clicking on "Redeem"
- Voucher value and the reduced final amount are now listed automatically
- Now you can send us your discounted order by clicking on "Buy Now"
The validity and the minimum order value of your voucher or discount as well as further conditions can be found in the respective redemption conditions. These are reported accordingly.
Please note that a cash payment of the voucher or discount is not possible. Subsequent crediting is also excluded. The voucher code must be entered during the order process. To add any discount additionally after your order has been placed, is unfortunately not possible.
My Order
Immediately after logging in, you will see all your orders in chronological order (the latest first).
- Log into the online shop and select "My Account".
Under "Order overview" you will find all your orders. -

Once you have ordered you will automatically receive an order confirmation per e-mail, summarizing your order again. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 working hours, please contact us via

As long as your items have not left the warehouse, it may be possible to change your order. In this case please contact our customer service per e-mail. Do not forget to refer to your order number and mention the exact changes that needs to be done. If your orders required different delivery address, you have the option to save several delivery addresses in your online profile. You can read about it here.
During the ordering process, you can also select a different delivery address. After you have clicked on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart view, the delivery address that you have defined as "default" is automatically inserted in your order.
To change the address, please click on the button "edit". Here you can then select an address already stored or enter a new address via "Change".
For products that are available online, you can set a custom delivery date in the shopping cart.
To do this, select your shopping cart and choose "Checkout".
Under "Your order" you can now choose your desired delivery date.
Click on "Buy now" to send your order. Your order will now be processed by Kloeckner Sales Team.

Delivery
You have the option to enter several delivery addresses to your profile.
1. Click on "My Account", choose your "Address Book"
2. Proceed with click on the blue button "Add a New Shipping Address".
3. After filling in all the fields provided, save by click on "Save".
Kloeckner Metals Austria delivers also to other neighbouring countries.
Please contact our customer support via mail in order to check if your country is eligible for delivery.
Delivery times depend on the location of your chosen products. You will be given an estimated delivery date while ordering. If you require a specific or an earlier delivery date, please contact our customer service via e-mail or phone:

Usually the cut off time is 3pm for next day delivery from your local warehouse. This should be the standard situation, if your ordered product would be provided directly from their local stock.
The unloading (possibly by crane or fork-lift truck) must be guaranteed by the recipient.
Please take into account that the goods must be unloaded from the truck by the customer for insurance reasons. The trucks are not equipped with cranes, lifting platforms or forklifts. The truck driver is not allowed actively to intervene in the unloading process for insurance reasons.
Products / Price
Do you experience an issue with entering a quantity?
Regardless the availability of the product, entering a quantity is only possible once all measurements have been selected. Selected measurements must be highlighted in blue.

Please be aware that our current range of products shown in the online shop is limited, but we are working on expanding online with as many products as possible.

If you cannot see any prices in our online shop, there are usually two reasons:
- You are not logged in: If you want to see the prices in our online shop, you must login into your customer account first. Login now here.
- You are not registered yet at all: You can easily register as a new customer if you do not have a Kloeckner customer number yet by choosing an option: "Sign up as a new customer".
- Your are a Kloeckner customer already but your e-mail is not yet activated: You can easily activate your account if you select: "Sign up with Kloeckner customer number". Use your Kloeckner customer number and by us known e-mail address to sign up.
- You are logged in: If you are logged in and still do not see any price, that would mean the product is simply not available online. You can enter your desired dimensions and request the products by sending us a quote request. You will receive a non-binding offer from the local branch office afterwards.
If you want to get a price for a product that is not available online, you can send us a request.
Proceed as following:
- Login into our online shop as usual.
- Select the dimensions of the desired product and enter the desired quantity.
- Select "Add to Requests" to add the product to your inquiry list.
- Click on your "Request" at the top right-hand side menu (1.) and a new mask with "Your request" (2.) will open. You can add notes and your references (3.). Once you are done, click on "Send request" (4.) to notify your Kloeckner contact person or an entire Sales Team. If you wish to discard this request, you can do it in this mask by clicking on "Delete request" (5.)
In our online shop, there are some products that are available only upon request. These products are not in stock in your region and therefore cannot be offered online as "available".
To be able to recognize quickly, which products are available with the usual short delivery time typical for our online shop, these articles are marked as "Available Online".
Make sure your button for "Stock products" is on while searching for available products.
Depending on the desired delivery address, the product availability online may vary. Therefore choose the right delivery address directly from the start of your search in the online shop if possible.
You can change the delivery address immediately after logging in by clicking on "Postal Code"
A mask will open up, in which you can either enter a completely new delivery address (fill out all fields) or select already a saved one.
To save your action, click on "Use this address" and then a NEW delivery address will be displayed as your new location.
