Registration / Account
If you are already a Kloeckner Metals Austria account customer, you can sign in quickly as following:
- Please click on the "Login" tab in the top right-hand corner
- Please, type in your details (email address and Kloeckner customer no.) in the "New to the Kloeckner Online Shop" section
- Click on "Register"
- In case you have already registered for the online shop at Kloeckner Metals Austria, you can simply login into your online account by clicking on "Login"
- Enter your email address and password and go on "Login"
If you forgot you password for the login into the online account, you can reset your password as following:
- Click on "Login" on the homepage of our onlineshop
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Please type in your email address (1.) in the pop-up window and proceed with "SEND EMAIL" (2.)
If your email address is not up-to-dated, please contact your Kloeckner customer service via mail or phone.
Perhaps you mistyped your email address or password. Please try again and be aware of capitalization. If the problem persists, please reset your password or contact our customer service by sending a mail or by phone: +43 (0) 720 115 055.

Payments / Invoicing
Currently, it is possible to pay with following: Advanced Payment, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard). We are going to provide other payment methods in the future.
The Klöckner online shop accepts now also credit card payments. You can use VISA or MasterCard.
- To do so, enter "My Account" and then go to the tab labelled as "Payment Methods" on the left. Now select "Add Credit Card"
- A new window will pop-up, allowing you to enter your payment details. Proceed by clicking on "Save"
- You are then given the opportunity to set this as your "Standard" payment method for your future payments
For each order you will be provided with the choice to pay either via credit card or invoice. Simply set tick marks either on "Credit Card" or "Invoice" within your order overview.
- Once you click on "Checkout" within your basket you will be guided to an overview showcasing "Your order"

Here you can select a payment method by placing a tick mark in the top right-hand corner.
The method of payment is then saved for this order only. Your standard configuration remains the same.
If you are a new customer in the online shop, the due date for payment is 14 days commencing the end of the month, in which the material was purchased. You may also pay in advance. Existing customer will keep their current payment terms.
If you have any questions regarding your billing statement, please contact us via mail. Please, provide your customer number as well as your invoice number.
If you changed your billing address, please be so kind and inform our customer service via mail. Please, don't forget to provide your customer number.
- Log into the online shop and open "My Account" in the upper right corner
- In the tab "Order Overview" click on the relevant Kloeckner order number provided in the table:
- Once completed, all relevant documents will be ready for downloading under the section "Documents"
My Order
Immediately after logging in, you will see all your orders in chronological order (the latest first).
- Log into the online shop and select "My Account".
Under "Order Overview" you will find all your orders. -
Here you can browse your orders according to various parameters

Once you have ordered you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail, summarizing your order again.

As long as your items have not left the warehouse, it may be possible to change your order. In this case please contact our customer service per e-mail, refering to the exact changes that need to be done.
If your orders required different delivery address, you have the option to save several delivery addresses in your online profile. You can read about it here.
During the ordering process, you can also select a different delivery address. After you have clicked on the "Pay" button in the shopping cart view, the delivery address that you have defined as "default" is automatically inserted in your.
To change the address, please click on the button "Edit Address". Here you can then select an address already stored or enter a new address.

Delivery
You have the option to enter several delivery addresses to your profile.
- Click on "My Account", choose your "Address Book"
- Proceed with click on the blue button "Add a New Address".
- After filling in all the fields provided, save by click on "Save Address".
Kloeckner Metall Austria delivers also to other neighbourhooding countries. Please contact our customer support via mail in order to confirm if your country is eligible for delivery.
Delivery times depend on the location of your choosen products. You will be given an estimated delivery date while ordering. If you require a different or an ealier date, please contact our customer service via email or phone: +43 (0) 720 115 055 to start organizing a faster shipment according to your needs.
Usually the cut off time is 2pm for next day delivery from your local wharehouse. This should be the standard situation, when your ordered product would be provided directly from their local stock.
The unloading (possibly by crane or fork-lift truck) must be guaranteed by the recipient.
Please take into account that the goods must be unloaded from the truck by the customer for insurance reasons. The trucks are not equipped with cranes, lifting platforms or forklifts. The driver may not actively intervene in the unloading process for insurance reasons.
Products / Price
Specify all relevant measurements before typing in a quantity.
Regardless the availability of the product only in one size, typing in a quantity is only possible once measurements have been all selected. Selected measurements will be highlighted in blue.

Please be aware that our current range of products shown in the online shop is limited. We are working on expanding our online range. If you require a product that is currently not displayed in the online shop, please contact your sales representative or send us a message via mail.
If you cannot see any prices in our online shop, there are usually two reasons:
- You are not logged in: If you want to see prices in our online shop, you must log in to your customer account first. You can easily register as a new customer if you do not have access yet by clicking on the blue link: "I do not have a Kloeckner customer no."
- You are logged in: If you are logged in and still do not see the price, that would mean the product is simply not available online. You can enter your desired dimensions and request the products by sending us an inquiry. You will receive a non-binding offer from the branch office afterwards.
If you want to get a price for a product that is not available online, you can send us a request.
Proceed as following:
- Log in to our online shop as usual
- Select the dimensions of the desired product and enter the desired quantity
- Select "Add to Requests" to add the product to your inquiry list at the top right-hand side menu
- Open "Your Request"
- Check your products first, then send us the request by clicking on "Send request"
In our online shop, there are some products that are available only on request. These products are not in stock in your region and therefore cannot be offered online as available.
To be able to recognize quickly, which products are available with the usual short delivery time typical for our online shop, these articles are marked as "Available Online".
Depending on the desired delivery address, the product availability online may vary. Therefore choose the right delivery address directly at the beginning of your search in the online shop.
You can change the delivery address immediately after logging in by clicking on "Postal Code"
A mask will open up, in which you can either enter a completely new delivery address or select already a saved one.

The Kloeckner marketplace allows you to enter the world of B2B e-commerce in a short period of time and easy way. We provide the opportunity to sell your products via our onlineshop and to generate new customers that way.

Onboarding
First, you generate a product catalog in cooperation with Kloeckner: which product shall be sold in which product category? Afterwards, you create the content for your home page, where you can introduce your organization and present your terms and conditions. Customers can access your landing page via an individual link.
Your profile will be completed with your delivery conditions and prices. After that you can create your product catalog and upload it as an XML file. You can decide on the availability of your products and change the status of unavailable products to invisible if needed.
Order
You will be informed as soon as a customer orders your products. You’ll receive the details of the order. The customer can check the order status via our onlineshop.
