How can I use my voucher?

You have received a voucher or discount from us? This is how redemption works:

1. Put the desired articles into the shopping cart
2. Via the shopping cart you will be redirected to "Checkout" 
   • the voucher code can be redeemed in 2nd step only 
     
3. By "Checkout" you can now enter your voucher code under "Do you have a promotional code"
   
   

4. Enter the code and activate it by clicking on "Redeem"

1. Voucher value and the reduced final amount are now listed automatically
2. Now you can send us your discounted order by clicking on "Buy Now"
   
   

The validity and the minimum order value of your voucher or discount as well as further conditions can be found in the respective redemption conditions. These are reported accordingly.

Please note that a cash payment of the voucher or discount is not possible. Subsequent crediting is also excluded. The voucher code must be entered during the order process. To add any discount additionally after your order has been placed, is unfortunately not possible.
